\nCette semaine, je collabore avec Ross Louis pour les visuels d’un de ses projets de performance (un petit guide pour faire ses propres exp\u00c3\u00a9rimentations performatives, dans trois lieux de Montr\u00c3\u00a9al !) .
\nCe projet s’appelle Saint-Sulpice, Saint-Sulpice, Saint-Sulpice<\/em>, en r\u00c3\u00a9f\u00c3\u00a9rence \u00c3\u00a0 Perec, et en voici les grandes lignes :<\/p>\n

Un projet in situ qui invite les participants \u00c3\u00a0 cr\u00c3\u00a9er une \u00c2\u00ab\u00e2\u20ac\u2030performance infra-ordinaire\u00e2\u20ac\u2030\u00c2\u00bb en rendant visite \u00c3\u00a0 des lieux identifi\u00c3\u00a9s \u00c3\u00a0 Montr\u00c3\u00a9al, qui tous portent le nom \u00c2\u00ab\u00e2\u20ac\u2030Saint-Sulpice\u00e2\u20ac\u2030\u00c2\u00bb.
\nLe projet r\u00c3\u00a9-imagine l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122exp\u00c3\u00a9rimentation infra-ordinaire que mena Georges Perec Place Saint-Sulpice \u00c3\u00a0 Paris en 1974 [ce qui se passe quand il ne se passe rien, sinon du temps, des gens, des voitures et des nuages\u00e2\u20ac\u2030?]. Ce projet fait \u00c3\u00a9galement r\u00c3\u00a9f\u00c3\u00a9rence \u00c3\u00a0 Mobile<\/em>, l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00c5\u201cuvre de Michel Butor (1963) qui, lors d\u00e2\u20ac\u2122un tour des \u00c3\u2030tats-Unis, navigue entre diff\u00c3\u00a9rents lieux \u00c3\u00a9ponymes et en propose des observations.
\nSaint-Sulpice, Saint-Sulpice, Saint-Sulpice<\/em> consiste en une s\u00c3\u00a9rie des protocoles performatifs inspir\u00c3\u00a9s par l\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ha\u00c3\u00afku, et f\u00c3\u00bbt d\u00c3\u00a9velopp\u00c3\u00a9 lors de visites r\u00c3\u00a9p\u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9es \u00c3\u00a0 Montr\u00c3\u00a9al, sur des lieux nomm\u00c3\u00a9s \u00c2\u00ab\u00e2\u20ac\u2030Saint-Sulpice\u00e2\u20ac\u2030\u00c2\u00bb.<\/p>\n

A site-specific project that invites participants to create \u00e2\u20ac\u0153infraordinary performances\u00e2\u20ac\u009d by visiting selected places in Montr\u00c3\u00a9al bearing the name \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Saint-Sulpice.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d The project re-imagines Georges Perec\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 1974 experiment with the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153infraordinary\u00e2\u20ac\u009d at Place Saint-Sulpice in Paris (\u00e2\u20ac\u0153what happens when nothing happens other than the weather, people, cars, and clouds?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d). It also references <\/em>Mobile, Michel Butor\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 1963 work which documented a tour of the United States by transposing observations of various places with the same name.<\/em>
\nSaint-Sulpice, Saint-Sulpice, Saint-Sulpice consists of a series of haiku-inspired performance protocols which were developed after repeated visits to sites named \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Saint-Sulpice\u00e2\u20ac\u009d in Montr\u00c3\u00a9al.<\/em><\/p>\n
